Refund Policy
- By making a payment, the user confirms their agreement that after a successful payment, they will not initiate disputes or make claims against payment aggregators.
- Refunds are made exclusively to the details from which the payment was made (bank card or e-wallet).
- A refund request can be submitted within 48 hour's from the date of placing an order or replenishing the balance.
- In the event of suspicious activity or fraudulent actions, the user's subscription may be suspended without prior notice.
- A refund request is accepted by the user contacting the support service of the relevant bot.
- Refunds are made to the payment system selected by the user when submitting a refund request.
- We are not responsible for possible fees charged by payment aggregators when refunding funds. The user is notified of possible fees at the time of submitting a refund request.
